whatever you want... Dan Lundgren is one of the founding
three partners. His previous work includes 5 years with various
Internet ventures that began at the inception of the World Wide
Web. Dan's business background includes several years as tournament
director at Olympic View Golf Course where he was in charge
of marketing to large groups and organizations as well as coordinating
over 120 events per year. His customer service philosophy can
be summed up in three words: "Promise and Deliver". Dan's strength
lies in his enthusiasm to become a part of every client's business
- and to help make it work.

Shawn O'Hara

I knew I shouldn't have worn heels! Shawn O'Hara manages many of the server
side and technical elements of Radar Hill's web management business.
Shawn also has over 5 years of Internet experience prior to
his involvement with Radar Hill. In the computer world, a single
comma out of place can have disastrous consequences and Shawn's
attention to detail is second to none. He ensures that all our
websites are coded professionally, function correctly, domains
are registered properly, and all email accounts behave as expected.

Roger Whitson

Did somebody say scoobie snacks? Roger Whitson loves to delve into every new
technology. He has spear headed the development of our Hand
Held computer service, and all PHP database work. His handy
work can rarely be seen as many of the online database sites
operate behind the scenes, serving content dynamically created
and undetectable to the visitor. Much of Roger's work centers
on making things easy for our clients to operate. Online inventories
are easily updated over the Internet, reducing the cost of constantly
modifying a website using a web designer.

Jinkies! Robin Howe
comes to us with a fresh enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
and grow. She has been with Radar Hill since Aug 2002, and it
is our goal to have her with us for many more years to come.
She creates web designs that compliment her clients as well
as being exactly what they want. Robin's forte is translating
the vision or dream of the client into a workable, attractive,
useable web display.

Office Administrator
Ruby Roo! Andrea Sutherland is our hard-working and efficient
office administrator. Originally from the Prairies, Andrea has
experience in customer service and brings a wonderful and refreshing
sense of humour to our company. On the phone or in person, Andrea
enjoys interacting with clients and keeping our office running
smoothly.

Megan
Newhouse
Graphic Designer
Puppy Power! Megan is our latest addition to the team at Radar Hill. She
comes from a background of web design and maintenance with various
Internet firms in and around Victoria. We are pleased to offer
Megan stable employment for her considerable talent and work
ethic. Megan recently graduated from Camosun College's Computer
Systems Technology program and enjoys going to the movie theatre,
yoga, cooking and baking, hiking and she is addicted to reality
television.
