Newport Property Management

Lois came to us with a desire to display rental units on the Internet without being enslaved to a complicated system. A further requirement was to present her team of property managers in a group setting to properly reflect the support that Newport Rentals gives to their property owners. Some creative thought was required to ensure that any group presentation was not outdated at the first staff change. Our solution was to book studio time and have all portraits taken individually, combining them into a group in post production. That way, a single employee turnover can rapidly be adjusted on the live website without reassembling the dozen or so other staff members.

Duttons

Working with a supplied design, we integrated our automatic listing system and a totally self-managed rental system for the Duttons team. Properties are added and deleted at a moment's notice without cost or hassle. Signifigantly, properties for rent can be made "inactive" saving the time it takes to re-enter listing information when they come up for rent again in the future.

Gordon Hulme Real Estate

Holly was very frustrated with her previous hosting company and we had talked several times over the last couple of years. Holly got some time this summer to address the problems with her website - outdated, difficult to adjust, and cumbersome for visitors. We did a ground up re-organization focused on ease of use and enhancing the existing company look and feel. A fully automated real estate listing feed supplies hourly updates to the website from the Victoria Real Estate Board, greatly simplifying the maintenance. All other pages of content are adjusted via our new CakePHP Content Management System Framework, one of the first ones launched!

We are proud to have worked with Michele's crew of professionals for more than ten years. We've been through three revamps and Michele continues to push her website to be the best it can be. Last year she had us build a very slick listing display utilizing FLASH and dynamically supplied content. Boorman Investment Company Ltd.

Boorman's Real Estate is a small local company that provides property management in addition to Real Estate sales and marketing. For the Real Estate portion of the business, we populate their website with real estate listings automatically through our access agreement with the Victoria Real Estate Board. On the property management side, we built self management tools to allow their staff to post available rental units.

Dorado Properties

Years ago, we worked with Nellie Hutchinson here in Victoria, helping her with a website for her real estate career. When chance took her south of the border (two borders!) she found herself again marketing real estate, this time in Loreto Mexico. On a visit back to Victoria we quickly established her requirements for a website and we built a display that showcases the lifestyle and natural beauty of the Baja Peninsula. A Content Management System allows Nellie to manage her listings from anywhere in the world.

RE/MAX Ocean Pointe

We worked with Cam Drew Marketing for this project, many of the imagery concepts and marketing ideas came from the collaboration of Cam and the energetic team of Barb and Guy Bezeau. A self managed listing inventory and roster of Real Estate agents means that the site is easily kept updated by their friendly staff.
