Arbutus Bay

Paula is a developer with a wide range of properties, from downtown condos to island acreages of all sizes. The challenge was to incorporate all of the property for sale under a single banner, Arbutus Bay Estates. The result is a website that is focused on the Mayne Island properties and lists her "other" properties in a separate section with stand alone web addresses so she can promote them individually.

Erinan Estates

Sue and Christina came to us with a logo and a desire to "make something nice, make something fast" for their bare land subdivision in Sooke BC. Within a couple of days we posted a temporary page with basic contact information and with the timely feedback from Sue and Christina, we were able to rush a static version of the website onto the Internet in short order. Thankfully, we were given some time to finish a self-admin system and now Sue and Christina can update a photo galleries, a document download page and a price list at their leisure. Congratulations Sue and Christina!

VI Modular Homes

Rob is another repeat client, working with us in the past with his Crazy 8's retail store franchise. When Rob moved on to the modular home business, he came to us to design a website and provide photography. A bright colourful design is populated with virtual tour photography and a full inventory of floorplans and designs. After a modest launch and exceptional feedback we worked with Nick to provide self-admin tools for the website. With an ever-changing inventory of dozens of products, Nick can alter the website himself as soon as changes are required.

Cadillac Homes

Dave and Cam have been great to work with over the years, willing to invest in a good presentation for their real estate developments. This attitude carries over to their website, using virtual tours and extensive photo galleries to feature each development, success building upon success.

Turner Lane Development Corporation

The highly acclaimed Bear Mountain Golf Resort and Country Club is one of Turner Lane's most notable projects. As a leader in real estate development of the West Shore, Turner Lane required many innovative and complex systems in their web display. A full Content Management System allows office staff to add important announcements as well as edit the text throughout the website. A private investors area stores private documents and is protected by 128 bit encryption.

Peter Schultze Construction Ltd.

Peter Schultze is a small independent builder, constructing a few homes at a time. Peter came to us with a desire to showcase his excellent work in addition to educating potential clients on the process of having a custom home built by Peter.

Totangi Properties

Blair and Warren heard about us by investigating their competition on the Internet. A short consultation for a single project has resulted in several websites and developments over the past few years. Blair is particularly interested in continual improvement of his websites in keeping with technology and graphic design advances.

Turnstone Homes

Another instance of a happy repeat client, Limona Group continually gets us to put together a web display for their new projects. Previous to Turnstone, we marketed Thetis Vale Phase I, Phase II and Phase III. We were able to incorporate some interesting graphics, playing on the theme of "Turnstone", a small coastal bird.

Royal Bay Builders

The development of the gravel pits in Colwood is one of the largest projects in the history of Victoria. We were fortunate enough to have recognized experience in the field of real estate marketing on the Internet and were selected to build an "umbrella" site for the Royal Bay builders. Information, maps and lot availability are all presented in the extensive website.

La Vie at Millstream Village

Working with print marketing company Dagg Integrated, we took their brochure design concepts and translated them into a workable web display. A self admin price list allows the marketing REALTOR®, Roger Levesque to maintain an up-to-the-minute inventory 24 hours a day.

Waterstone

This fantastic condo development features a full size swimming pool and very pleasant public areas. With construction just beginning, we had to give the impression of the finished product using graphic design techniques, renderings and photos of the show home. With Phase I sold out prior to construction, all indications are the website was a success.

TAL Developments

We were approached by local development company TAL Developments to take their stale and dated design and "spruced it up a bit", creating a place where they could showcase construction projects. Known primarily for their developments around Lake Cowichan, TAL now has an attractive website that reflects the quality of their Lakeside real estate projects.
