To order a surface search on any property in British Columbia, please fill out the requested information. At present this service is only available to our regular customers. If you have never dealt with our office and would like to order a surface search please fill out the form, including your contact information in the comments field. We will call to arrange payment. Regular price is $19.95, pre-paid bulk orders qualify for discounts.
We will deliver the surface title to you via email within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and within one hour if you give us a call alerting us to your request. 477-6395.
Additional Title Information (Right-of-way, Easements etc) is available at an additional cost, depending on each property, and may take more time.
*The land title office uses the Parcel Identification Number (PID number) exclusively to categorize properties. This number is usually available on the BC Tax Assessment and is often on current or historical MLS listings.
**We can search using an owner's name or a civic address but these methods are imprecise and may result in a double charge if a title is ordered in error.
